Delete your GrahaVerse account

GrahaVerse is run by an independent developer based in India. This page explains how to have your account and the data attached to it deleted, and what happens afterwards.

If you still have the app installed

1. Open GrahaVerse.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Choose a reason and confirm.

Your account is deactivated and you are signed out straight away.

If you have already uninstalled the app

Email support@grahaverse.com with the subject “Delete my account” and include the phone number the account was created with.

So that nobody can delete someone else’s account, we confirm the request before acting on it — usually by sending a one-time code to that number. Once it is confirmed the account follows exactly the same path as a deletion started inside the app.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details, including your phone number.
• Every birth profile you created — name, date, time and place of birth.
• Your chat history with the AI astrologers.
• Your saved location and notification token.
• Any diamonds left in your wallet. These are lost and cannot be refunded or transferred.

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase records — kept after deletion, because Indian tax and accounting rules require us to retain them. They are kept for as long as that law requires and are not used for anything else.
• Support tickets — kept as a record of what was asked and answered, with the account they belonged to removed.

How long it takes

• Deactivation and sign-out: immediately.
• Push notifications stop: immediately.
• Full removal: within 15 days.

During those 15 days you can sign in again and cancel the request, and the account is restored exactly as it was. After 15 days it cannot be recovered.

Deleting only some of your data

You do not have to delete the whole account to remove data. Individual birth profiles can be deleted at any time from inside the app, and you can withdraw location access in Android settings without losing anything else. To ask for anything else to be removed, write to support@grahaverse.com.
