1. Who runs GrahaVerse

GrahaVerse is built and operated by an independent developer based in India. There is no company behind it — it is an independent project. Throughout this policy, "we" and "us" mean that developer, and "you" means the person using the app.

This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what control you have over it. It covers the GrahaVerse Android app and this website.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

WhatWhen
Phone numberWhen you sign in. We use it to identify your account and send the one-time code.
Your nameOptional, from your profile.
Birth details — date, time and place of birthWhen you create a birth profile. These are needed to calculate a chart; without them the app cannot produce a reading.
Your messagesEverything you type to an astrologer in the app.
Support ticketsThe subject, description and any screenshot you attach.

Information collected automatically

What we do not collect: we do not ask for your address, email contacts, photos beyond a screenshot you deliberately attach to a support ticket, your call logs, SMS, or the other apps on your device. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

3. Why we collect it

4. Your chats and the AI

Readings in GrahaVerse are produced by an artificial intelligence model, not by a human astrologer. The personas you chat with are characters, not real people.

To generate an answer, the app sends the following to a third-party AI provider: your question, the recent messages in that conversation, and the astrological data calculated from your birth profile. Your phone number is not sent.

Your messages and their replies are stored on our server so your chat history is there when you return, and so a support request can be investigated.

5. Payments

Diamonds are bought through Google Play in-app billing. Your card or bank details are handled entirely by Google — we never see or store them. What we receive and keep is the purchase record: the product bought, the Google order ID, the amount, and the number of diamonds credited. We keep this so your balance is correct and so purchase disputes can be resolved.

6. Who else sees your data

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the services needed to make the app work:

ServiceWhat it receives
AI model providerYour questions and the astrological data for the answer (no phone number)
SMS providerYour phone number, to deliver the one-time code
Google PlayPurchase and billing information
Firebase Cloud MessagingYour device token, to deliver notifications
Hosting providerStores the app's database and files

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to investigate fraud or abuse of the service.

7. How long we keep it

8. Deleting your account

You can ask for your account to be deleted from inside the app: Profile → Delete Account. You will be asked for a reason and shown a confirmation.

What happens next:

Please note that diamonds left in your wallet are lost when an account is deleted and cannot be refunded or transferred. Purchase records are kept as described above, as the law requires.

You can also request deletion by writing to support@grahaverse.com from the phone number on the account. Full step-by-step instructions, including for people who have already uninstalled the app, are on the Delete your account page.

9. Your choices and rights

We will respond to any such request within 30 days.

10. Children

GrahaVerse is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will remove it.

11. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on servers protected by access controls. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your phone rather than a stored password. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care and will tell affected users if a breach puts their data at risk.

12. Changes and contact

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, notify you in the app.

For any privacy question or request, write to support@grahaverse.com.
