The short version. GrahaVerse gives you AI-generated astrology readings for reflection and entertainment. It is not advice from a professional, and it is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological help. Diamonds you buy are non-refundable once used. Be kind to the service and we will keep it running for you.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using GrahaVerse you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app. GrahaVerse is operated by an independent developer based in India.

2. Who can use GrahaVerse

You must be 18 or older to use GrahaVerse. By using it you confirm that you are, and that the information you give us is true. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so keep access to your phone number secure.

3. What GrahaVerse is — and is not

GrahaVerse calculates Vedic astrological charts from the birth details you provide and uses an artificial intelligence model to explain them in conversation. The astrologer personas are fictional characters. You are not talking to a human astrologer.

Readings are for guidance and entertainment only. Astrology is not a science, and AI-generated text can be wrong or inconsistent. Nothing in GrahaVerse is professional advice.

Never rely on the app for decisions about your health, medication, mental health, money, investments, legal matters, marriage, or the safety of yourself or anyone else. For those, speak to a qualified professional. If you are in distress or crisis, please contact a doctor, a helpline, or someone you trust.

4. Diamonds, purchases and refunds

Diamonds are a virtual credit used to pay for chat messages. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another account.
Diamonds are bought through Google Play and are governed by Google's payment terms as well as these.
Once diamonds are spent, they are non-refundable.
Unused diamonds may be refundable through Google Play's refund process, at Google's discretion. We do not process card refunds ourselves.
If a technical fault charges you incorrectly or fails to credit a purchase, write to support@grahaverse.com and we will put it right.
Prices and rates may change. Any change applies to future purchases, never to diamonds already in your wallet.
Diamonds are forfeited if you delete your account.

5. Using the app properly

Please do not:

Use GrahaVerse to harm, harass, threaten or deceive anyone.
Present its readings to other people as professional advice, or resell them.
Try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the app or its servers.
Create accounts automatically, or use the service through unofficial clients.
Upload anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to share.
Attempt to obtain diamonds without paying for them.

If an account is used this way we may suspend or block it, with or without notice.

6. Your content

What you write stays yours. By sending it you give us permission to store and process it so the service can work — including sending it to the AI provider to generate a reply, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Our content

The GrahaVerse name, design, code and written material belong to the developer. You may use the app for your own personal use; you may not copy or redistribute its content commercially.

8. Availability

GrahaVerse is offered as it is. It is a solo project, so there is no guaranteed uptime, and features may change, pause or be withdrawn. We will try to give notice of significant changes, and to keep interruptions short.

9. Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. The process, including the 15-day window in which you can cancel, is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or where required by law.

10. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make based on a reading, from the app being unavailable, or from data loss outside our reasonable control. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid through the app in the three months before the claim.

Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when. Continuing to use GrahaVerse after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, India.
